WHICH TYPES OF FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED?

• 3 month (AB541) program.
• 6 month (AB762) program.
• 9 month (AB 1353) program.
• Wet Reckless (SB1176) program. 

All of our DUI programs are licensed by the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs. They also satisfy all requirements of the courts and the Department of Motor Vehicles. We offer DUI services in English & Spanish.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF THE PROGRAMS?

• The 3 month program is $635.  (Down payment is $155, then $160 monthly).
• The 6 month program is $960.  (Down payment is $180, then $130 monthly).
• The 9 month program is $1280.  (Down payment is $200, then $120 monthly).
• Wet Reckless program is $280.  (Down payment is $100, then $90 monthly).​

WHEN ARE CLASSES OFFERED?
  
Zoom Classes classes are offered Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings
and also on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings.
In person classes are offered Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings.

The Spanish class is offered on Sunday mornings.

HOW MANY CLASSES WILL I HAVE TO ATTEND?

• The 3 month program consists of 15 classes (education & group).
• The 6 month program consists of 22 classes (education & group).
• The 9 month program consists of 30 classes (education & group).
• The Wet Reckless program consists of 6 classes (education only)
