But the truth is that anger is much more likely to damage your relationships, impair your judgement, get in the way of success, & have a negative impact on the way people see you.

Our Anger Management classes will address these potentially dangerous outcomes & more. We will provide you with education & tools for learning how to recognize & deal with anger.

The goal of the program is to reduce the problems that anger causes by recognizing the signs that precede one’s anger such as emotions or frustrations.

We then focus on techniques that are designed to prevent anger from being destructive to oneself & to others including family, friends and co-workers.

Among the many benefits of being able to better manage your anger include:

Judgement

Anger that is not controlled leads to poor decision making. Once you can better manage your anger you will exercise better judgement & also have more control over your impulses.

Being able to manage your stress better is one of the long term benefits that you will immediately see. With better control of yourself, you will find that it is easier for you to avoid situations that would otherwise become stressful.

Less conflict

Often times anger would have been avoided if the people involved knew how to communicate better. Many problems are solved when people know how to be assertive. When people don’t know how to assert themselves, angry behavior is often used instead.

The ACE Program offers Anger Management classes at 5:00 pm on Mondays.

The cost for enrollment / assessment is $25. The cost for each session is $25.
